- Beagles from Kyleewood must live
inside the home
ONLY as a house pet and companion. They will
not be kept or housed outdoors.
- Beagles placed from Kylewood Beagles cannot be
used for the purpose of hunting.
- Beagles placed from Kyleewood cannot be used for
breeding purposes. Beagles found to have been
used for breeding will be repossessed by Kyleewood
Beagles.
- Beagles placed from Kyleewood must be spayed or
neutered before they reach the age of 7 months for
males and 9 months for females.
Kyleewood Beagles can take possession of any Beagle
not spayed or neutered per this stipulation. A
30 day warning will be given. Kyleewood Beagles will stand firm on this action.
- The new owner is and will be responsible for
providing veterinarian care for their Beagle
throughout it's lifetime. This includes well
care, vaccinations and responsibly seeking
veterinarian care should their Beagle become sick or
seem ill.
- If the new owner's Beagle is to be registered
with the American Kennel Club (under limited
registration) it must have the Kyleewood prefix in
it's registered name.
- All Beagles from Kyleewood Beagle that are
placed with AKC registration as pets can only be
registered under limited registration. This is
to ensure that the Beagle will never be used for
breeding purposes. Dogs registered under
limited registration can compete in all AKC events
OTHER than the breed ring (show ring).
- If at any time in the Beagle's life the owner
cannot provide regular responsible veterinarian
care, or if the owner for any reason can no longer
keep his or her Beagle, it must be returned to
Kyleewood Beagles free and clear of compensation.
Ownership will automatically revert back to
Kyleewood. This is to protect the puppy or dog
and in the animal's best interest.
- New owners have 72 hours from the time of
possession of their new Beagle to bring the puppy or
dog to a veterinarian for a physical exam.
Should the veterinarian find a problem return the
Beagle to Kyleewood with a written explanation from
the veterinarian and a refund will be given.
Transportation and the cost of the veterinarian are
the responsibility of the new owner and at their
discretion.
- Kyleewood Beagle owners must return a
veterinarian form supplied to them at the time they
take possession of their puppy when the puppy is
spayed or neutered. This form is to have been
filled out by the veterinarian performing the
surgery. This form is a general check up on
the condition of the puppy as well as confirmation
the surgery was performed per contract agreement.
