DOGS AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION FROM PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS

This page was created for those who have rescued or are trying to rescue and place dogs or puppies into better homes. Many of these dogs were rescued by private individuals and are in need of adoption. f you would like a dog you rescued or a dog that needs re-homed posted on this page, send an e-mail to Kyleewood Beagle Rescue at:  KyleewoodBeagles@yahoo.com , kyleewooddogtraining@yahoo.com or woobear98@yahoo.com

Kyleewood Kennels urges dog owners to spay and neuter their pets for their safety, health and to prevent unwanted litters. Please THINK before you adopt or buy a pet. Most purebreds are NOT of breeding quality and most people do not understand the repercussions of producing and selling puppies without a lifetime commitment to those puppies. The American Kennel Club offers FREE information to anyone desiring to learn more about pure bred dogs and how to find a RESPONSIBLE BREEDER. You can find more information at www.akc.org.

MAGGIE
This sweet little girl is Maggie.  Maggie's owner has become ill and is looking for a new home for Maggie.  Maggie is a Beagle mix, approimately 9 yrs old.  (She looks like a Beagle/Sheltie mix to me).  She lives in the house and is an affectionate girl.  She is not a clingy dog and is not very vocal at all (more quite).  She weights approximately 15 lbs. She gets along well with cats, dogs and kids.  She is spayed, up to date on her shots and tested negative for heartworm.  Maggie needs a new home
ASAP.  If you can give her a loving home or foster her until one can be found, please contact  Karen at
216-536-9508.  or email her at:  kmcaleer@msn.com
A family in Lakewood, Ohio who found a male, neutered Beagle - 40#, 3 years old. He is housebroken and knows "sit" & "shake". They said he was tied to a tree in the park and no one has claimed him. They can't keep the dog and are looking for rescue. The Lakewood Kennel told them he would only get 3 days there. Papers and lost and found listings have been checked.  It seems this nice guy was just dumped in a park.  He looks like a large Beagle or small Foxhound, possibly a Beagle/Foxhound cross.  He is a red and white Beagle, a very pretty dog.
A home must be found for this handsome guy asap.  If you know of anyone looking for a dog like this or if you are interested please contact Connie Field of Love A Stray at this link!   connie_field@yahoo.com
