Every year countless numbers of dogs are euthanized in dog
pounds. If dog owners took more time to think before purchasing a
dog and took the responsibility they should for their dogs, there would be
no need for dog pounds. In this imperfect world, this is not the
case and dog pounds are over flowing with strays picked up or dogs turned
in by owners who no longer wished to care for their dog for one reason or
the other.
I made the decision to list dogs in pounds to help some of
these dogs get rescued before their time was up. Unlike dog
shelters, dogs in pounds do not have the luxury of time or hoping the
right owner comes along. Please consider rescuing a dog from the
pound. Many good pets have been rescued in this way.
Kyleewood Kennels urges dog owners to spay and neuter their
pets for their safety, health and to prevent unwanted litters. The
American Kennel Club offers FREE information to anyone desiring to learn
more about pure bred dogs and how to find a
RESPONSIBLE BREEDER. You can find more information at
